How to use?	1. Put 2 cups of Black Glutinous Rice in a large bowl. Add 6 cups of cold water. Allow it to soak for at least 8 to 24 hours For faster preparations time, soak in hot water for 3 hours. 2. Drain the rice and put it in a steamer. Cook for 25 minutes or till the rice becomes tender 3. After the cooking process, you will have 4½ cups of delicious Black Glutinous Rice. Put the cooked rice in a bamboo basket or a bowl covered with cloth to keep it warm and prevent it from drying out.
