It is topped up with pickles of various flavour, and this Nagatanien variety makes use of nori (seaweed) pickle as the topping. Available in a 24g packet, this product is the instant seasoning mix for Japanese rice ochazuke with nori. There are 4 sachets of seasoning mixes which you can use by sprinkling over cooked rice followed by pouring over hot water.
