Step 1: Prepare a pot of water and bring to boil. Put the Ramen in and cook for 3-4 minutes (differ with different brand). Drain it and set aside.
Step 2: Slice the Spring Onion into thin strips. Cut the Marinated Soft Boiled Egg into half.
Step 3: Pour the Ramen in a large bowl and put the Menma, Spring Onion and Japanese Cha Siu one by one, side by side on top of the Ramen.
Step 4: Heat the Tonkotsu Soup Base until it boils. Pour it on the Ramen; add in the Halved Marinated Soft Boiled Egg and Seaweed. Sprinkle the Nanami Togarashi Assorted Chilli Pepper and it’s ready to serve.
