Step 1: Create the Dough using the dumpling flour and water. Step 2: Roll Dough into small ball shapes and flatten to form discs to form the dumpling wrapper. Step 3: Chop spring onion and chives. Step 4: Mix spring onions and chives to the minced pork with the seasoning ingredients to make the filling. Step 5: Spoon the filling into the centre of the dumpling wrapper. Step 6: Fold the wrapper in half to form a half moon shape. Seal the edges with water if you need. Step 7: Boil for 7-8minutes and ready to serve.
