How to use?

Ingredients:
Cooked Jasmine Rice – 2 Cups (Cooled Down for 3 hours)
Step 1: Chop the Onion, Scallion and Garlic into small pieces. Slice the Chicken Fillet into thin pieces.
Step 2: Saute the Onion & Garlic in Sunflower Oil over medium heat until the Onion becomes a bit transparent. Add in the Chicken Fillet and stir-fry for another 2 mins.
Step 3: Bring the heat to High and add in the Cooked Rice. Stir-fry for 30 seconds and season with the Fish Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, White Pepper and Lime Juice. Set Aside.
Step 4: Heat 1 Tbsp of Sunflower Oil over high heat in another pan. Add the Eggs and scramble it until its almost done and add back the rice.
Step 5: Add the Scallions. Mix well and its ready to serve.
