Gram Flour is an Asian flour variety. It is very commonly used in Indian cuisines. It is made by milling pure chickpea flour (Chana Dal). It is also called Besan flour. The gram flour comes with light yellow colour. Its rich, earthy flavour makes it the best suited one for savoury dishes.
