Sau Tao Handmade Vermicelli is a kind of dried noodles, which is great to go with soups or even for stir-frying. Wheat flour, salt, tapioca starch and water are the main components by which the handmade vermicelli is made. It comes with plenty of dietary fibres and protein but contains no cholesterol or saturated fat.
Put noodles into boiling water, stir well, cook for about 1-2 minutes, remove the noodles, drain and set aside. Noodles in soup: Add with soup base and subsidiary food, ready to serve. Noodles for stir-frying: Stir-fry the noodles with subsidiary food, ready to serve.
