Broken rice is in fact the broken pieces of rice during the harvesting and processing. They are purely rice with all healthy and nutritious properties of source. Here we have a few packets of Thai brand GTD’s broken rice variety. It is commonly used by the Vietnamese people where it is known by the name ‘com tam’.
