Traditional Chinese white rice cake from Rong He brand. They are dried rice slices made from rice and water. The dough is first steamed and then kneaded so that the gluten is well released and the dough becomes elastic and sticky. This can be cooked or simmer in water, and additionally add sweetening agents for additional flavour.
