Here is an authentic marinade sauce for the traditional Korean BBQ dish Bulgogi. Beksul brand offers spicy bulgogi sauce in 290g jars, which is exclusively applicable for beef-based bulgogi recipes. Traditionally beef sirloins are used for making bulgogi although there exist other versions which make use of pork meat. Korean gochujang, corn syrup and soy sauce are used in abundance along with other ingredients to make this flavour rich bulgogi marinade.
