As a result, this has become a gluten-free version of Lee Kum Kee’s original soy sauce recipe, which is healthier. This is a thinner version(light) of the soy sauce. This product is naturally brewed and doesn’t make use of any added colouring, flavour enhancers, or preservatives. Made using non-genetic modified soybeans, this special gluten-free light soy sauce provides an authentic and rich soy flavour and aroma which subsequently enhances the flavour of any dish.
