It makes the preparation of authentic Chinese barbecue meal an easy and enjoyable task. It is the secret ingredient behind the Chinese barbecued pork, which is called 'Char Siu'.

| How to use? | Marinate pork tenderloin slices with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 2 hours. Set the oven to 180C and bake the marinated pork for for 30 minutes, turning upside down once. Brush pork with honey and bake for 2 more minutes. Roasted Barbecue Pork (Char Siu) is ready. |
