400g Beef (chuck or brisket) (cut into bite-sized pieces)

4 cups Beef Broth (or water)

2 Potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 Zucchini (sliced)

Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
