- Small Chicken Wings 10pcs
- Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp
- Taikoo Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Shao Xing Chinese Cooking Wine 1 tsp
- Fresh Ginger 4 slices
- Garlic 3 cloves, thinly sliced
- Golden Lion Star Anise 1 pc
- KTC Groundnut Oil 1 tbsp

Method
- Step 1: In a pot of hot water, put the Chicken Wings in and blanch for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: To Prepare the Sauce, mix the Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Chinese Cooking Wine, Water and Brown Sugar together.
- Step 3: Add the Oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Ginger, Garlic and fry until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add Chicken Wings to the pan and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the Sauce that we made in Step 2 and Star Anise. Mix well.
- Step 5: Cover the pan with a lid and turn to medium low heat. Cook until the sauce is absorbed by the Chicken Wings and becomes thickened. It is ready to serve.
