Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice– 280g
- Jasmine Rice – 60g
- Cold Water (for Cooking Rice) – 400ml
- Dried Shrimp (Soaked Overnight in Water) – 35g
- Chinese Sausage – 2pcs
- Chinese Mushroom (Soaked Overnight in Water) – 5pcs
- Cold Water (for the Sauce) – 250ml
- Oil for Cooking
- Coriander sprigs (Finely Chopped) – 4
- Spring Onions (Finely Chopped) – 2
Sauce Seasonings:
- Light Soy Sauce – 1tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce – 1tsp
- Oyster Sauce – 2tsp
- Sesame Oil – A Few Drops
- Salt – 1/4tsp
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Cold Water– 250ml
Utensils:
- Rice Cooker
- Sieve

Method
Step 1:Wash and Rinse the Glutinous rice and Jasmine Rice together in a bowl about 4 to 5 times until the starchy white water becomes clear.
Step 2:Add 400ml of water to the rice and cook in the rice cooker.
Step 3:Finely dice the dried shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage. Heat a pan and add in a bit of oil. Add in the shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage and stir fry for 3mins until you smell the aroma.
Step 4:Add in all the sauce seasonings to the pan and cook for a further 3 to 4mins.
Step 5:Combine the rice with all the sauce ingredients and mix well together. Add in the chopped coriander and spring onions. Ready to serve.
