Method

  • Step 1: Prepare a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Whip the butter and sugar together, and then add the rest of the ingredients (except the topping) in until completely mixed.
  • Step 3: Put the cookie dough in the baking tin and spread out until even. Put in the freezer for 3+ hours.
  • Step 4: Spread the caramel sauce over the cookie dough. Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes for the caramel to harden a bit.
  • Step 5: Cut into slices and enjoy.
