Condensed Milk Cookie Dough Bars with Caramel Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1000g of non-dairy butter
- 150g cups of brown sugar
- 400g of plain flour
- 1 can of Nature's Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 100g cups non-dairy chocolate chips and/or chopped chocolate
- As a topping - Nature's Charm Coconut Caramel Sauce

Method
- Step 1: Prepare a baking tin with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Whip the butter and sugar together, and then add the rest of the ingredients (except the topping) in until completely mixed.
- Step 3: Put the cookie dough in the baking tin and spread out until even. Put in the freezer for 3+ hours.
- Step 4: Spread the caramel sauce over the cookie dough. Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes for the caramel to harden a bit.
- Step 5: Cut into slices and enjoy.
