Ingredients
- Fresh Shiitake/Portobello Mushrooms, sliced – 3 pcs
- Water – 800 ml
- Shimaya Kombu Dashi – ½ tsp
- Okasan Miso Paste – 4 tbsp
- Morinaga Firm Silken Tofu Diced – 115 g
- Spring Onion, sliced – 1 pc

Method
- Step 1: Pour water and dashi powder into saucepan and boil over medium heat for 5mins.
- Step 2: Add the miso paste, mushrooms and tofu to the saucepan. Boil for 2mins until the miso paste has dissolved.
- Step 3: Divide broth into bowls.
- Step 4: Sprinkle spring onions over and serve.
