Ingredients
- Ramen – 150g
- Spring Onion – ½ pc
- Marinated Soft Boiled Egg – 1 pc
- Menma – 4-5 pcs
- Japanese Cha Siu – 3 pcs
- Tonkotsu Soup Base – 1 Bowl
- Seaweed – 2 pcs
- Sprinkles of Nanami Togarashi Assorted Chilli Pepper
Method
- Step 1: Prepare a pot of water and bring to boil. Put the Ramen in and cook for 3-4 minutes (differ with different brand). Drain it and set aside.
- Step 2: Slice the Spring Onion into thin strips. Cut the Marinated Soft Boiled Egg into half.
- Step 3: Pour the Ramen in a large bowl and put the Menma, Spring Onion and Japanese Cha Siu one by one, side by side on top of the Ramen.
- Step 4: Heat the Tonkotsu Soup Base until it boils. Pour it on the Ramen; add in the Halved Marinated Soft Boiled Egg and Seaweed. Sprinkle the Nanami Togarashi Assorted Chilli Pepper and it’s ready to serve.
